As a first time homebuyer I was a little scared of salespeople (realtors). I did not want to be pressured into buying something that wasn't right for me and that I could not afford. But my worries were unfounded with Melody Kilbank. She was professional, yet put me at ease about my future purchase with her friendly smile and ease of conversation. She fully explained to me what would happen through out each step in acquiring my new home before we even left the office. To my surprise we only went looking for one afternoon before I found my home. Though I was nervous about the offer, I could tell that Melody was very excited for me, which got me excited too. Everything went smoothly through out each step of the purchase of my home. Melody answered all of the questions I put forth in a timely and professional manner. Up until and even after she handed over my keys she went above and beyond what I had expected of my real estate agent. She wanted to ensure I was happy with everything.
