I first meet Melody at a open house and was not ready to buy at the time. She set me up and emailed me properties for approximately a year before I was actually ready to sell. She came to my home and suggested some additional things I should do to showcase my home for sale. I took her advise and was very successful in getting the price I wanted for my condo given the market. During the sale, the condo experience a flood in the common area that affected my property with water damage as well. Even with holes in the wall and the carpet being removed in the common area of the building, we were still successful in selling my condo. When it came to me now being the buyer, she was very accommodating as I was taking my 81 father with me to look at new places. She had the patiences to work with my Father as well as myself. Melody was with me in every step required to sell and buy in a very short time period and did her absolute utmost to do what it took for me to sell and buy.
